Once you’ve gotten your first experienced hire you’re qualified to start bringing on sub-recruiters of your very own by upgrading to a Team Leader Account. Your upgraded account will include your own custom R.A.M.S. Ultimap subscription, where you’ll set the commission amounts for your subs, and we’ll provide all the other tools and resources for them to use!
Team Leader accounts require a $99.95/mo subscription for up to 3 active sub-recruiters. Additional sub-recruiters can be added, and the more subs you add the less they cost. As a Team Leader you personally will no longer be required to maintain one experienced hire per month, but your sub-recruiters will. Just like always, they will get 60 days to get their first experienced hire and then must maintain a minimum of one experienced hire per month thereafter. As with any IMC recruiter, they can always purchase a month of access and continue if they are unable to get an experienced driver hired in a given month.
In addition to setting the commission amounts for your sub-recruiters, you will also be responsible for evaluating the applications submitted by your subs for accuracy and completeness, as well as making sure the drivers are well-qualified, prior to submitting them to our admin team for review. Once you do, the process moves forward as usual with both the team leader and recruiter getting updates on their drivers.
