ORIENTATION INFO
Drivers receive paid orientation, earning $225 or $125 depending on whether all required materials are completed prior to arrival. Orientation pay is issued after the first dispatch or first day of work, and you can reference the Orientation Pay link for full details. Orientation typically lasts 1–3 days, with most drivers completing the process in about one day, depending on how much onboarding material is finished beforehand.
It is held at two terminal locations: Greensboro, NC and Rockwall, TX. Sessions can begin any day Monday through Thursday, offering flexibility for scheduling. Private hotel accommodations are provided for all incoming drivers, with lodging arranged at La Quinta in Greensboro, NC and Comfort Suites in Rockwall, TX. Meals are provided, covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout the orientation period.
Travel assistance is available, and the company provides bus, plane, or rental car options to ensure you can arrive safely and on time.
