Insurance benefits begin on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. You can choose from Blue Cross Blue Shield medical plans with deductible options of $2,500, $4,000, or $4,500, and additional coverage includes Delta Dental and EyeMed vision. The 401(k) retirement plan starts immediately upon hire, allowing employees to begin contributing right away.

The Koch Companies fleet of trucks include Freightliners, Internationals, Volvos and Kenworths. All automatics, 3 years old or newer and governed at 66mph.
All trucks are equipped with APU’s and inverters.
Trucks are permanently assigned and most can be taken home for time off. (Best Buy drivers can’t take truck home)
Riders are allowed from day one and must be 12 years old or older. A $10/month fee will be charged and it’s preferable that the spouse does not attend orientation.
Dogs are allowed but must be 30lbs or less. A $10/week fee will be charges as well as a one time fee of $500. Pets not allowed at orientation.

MN would most likely be preferred just with the freight getting them going after orientation. |

ORIENTATION INFO
Orientation will be 3 days long (Mon-Wed or Wed-Fri) and held in either Minneapolis, MN for Specialized Van, Marine, and Flatbed or Appling, GA for Club Car, which is Monday’s only. You can do orientation at either location, however MN would most likely be preferred with the freight to get you going after orientation.
It’ll be paid out at $1,000 on your first check as part of the transitional bonus.
Lodging will be provided at the Hampton Inn & Suites, single occupancy rooms. All meals will be provided as well as travel by bus, plane or the carrier will reimburse for gas and/or rental with valid receipt.
