To use the R.A.M.S. system you must download and install the desktop version of Google Earth Pro . Chromebooks and devices running an IOS or mobile operating system WILL NOT support the R.A.M. system. Both the Windows and Mac operating systems will run the Google Earth Pro desktop version and R.A.M.S. system with no issues.
Your subscription to the Google Earth Pro-based Recruiter Account Mapping System provides real-time tracking of the carriers you choose for your entire office, including:

- Links to our Job Detail webpages, complete with professionally written scripts and an application page featuring your Intelli-app link and instructions to submit applications, as well as scripting for setting expectations with your driver for that carrier’s hiring timeline and process

Included with your T+ R.A.M.S. Ultimap system is a Recruiter Account Book that displays all the information for your carriers and jobs in a spreadsheet format that is both searchable and filterable. There is an accompanying Master Book which is used to set the commission amounts and define the links as needed for your map. The border colors of the hiring areas will reflect commission amounts for the respective jobs; bronze, silver, or gold. The commission levels come pre-defined but can also be changed any time according to your preferences. The links and commission amounts you define in the Master Book for each job will display in the Recruiters Account Book and at the bottom of the Job Info Panels within the mapping system.
The Account ID’s and Job Codes in the Recruiter Account Book can be used to quickly and easily pull up jobs in the Recruiter Account Mapping System, allowing the two resources to work seamlessly hand-in-hand. This will save you and your recruiters invaluable time, allowing everyone to focus on the activities that result directly in getting drivers hired! Both the Recruiters Account Mapping System and the Recruiters Account Book feature in-depth tutorial videos to help get the most out of your subscription.
The base subscription price includes 1-month of access to the Recruiter Account Mapping System for up to 3 carriers and all the jobs we have for those carriers in our system. If we’re not already tracking the specific jobs you need, just let us know and we’ll add them. Each subscription allows for up to 5 new job additions per month per subscription. Our a la carte pricing allows you to add as many carriers as you like, and the more you add the more you save! Be sure to list your desired carriers in the NOTES section of the shopping cart!
