Entry Level Recruiter Package

What you’re signing up for is FREE access to the TransporTunity Class A CDL truck driver recruiting platform. There is a one-time non-refundable $49.95 processing fee to get you set up in our system.

Recruiters signing up for the Entry Level Recruiter package will get free access to everything the platform has to offer, but are expected to maintain minimum production requirements in order to keep their slot. Failure to meet and maintain minimum requirements may result in termination of your contract and revocation of your platform access.

Those who meet the minimum productivity requirements will continue to have access to the platform for another month. Those who fail to meet minimum productivity requirements may be given the option to continue recruiting by paying a $99.95 monthly access fee to renew their slot for another month.

The minimum requirements include:

• Strict adherence to the IMC Standard Operating Procedures AND
• 1 hire per month AND
• 20 hours per week clocked in and actively recruiting AND
• 100 phone calls per week AND
• 5 applications per week AND
• 10 pre-screenings per week

NOTE: Users must download and install the desktop version of  Google Earth Pro to use the R.A.M. System. Chromebooks and devices running an IOS or mobile operating system WILL NOT support the R.A.M. system. Both the Windows and Mac operating systems will run the Google Earth Pro desktop version and R.A.M. system with no issues. Need some equipment? Check out our Recruiter Gear!

Branded Email Account A professionally branded email account complete with chat, teleconferencing, and integrated A.I. assistance.

Business Phone Service You’ll get an extension on our feature-rich VOIP business phone service. Business calls will ring through to your phone, but your drivers will only see the business number and never your personal number. Your caller ID will show the business’ name so you’ll always know when to answer professionally without having to carry around a second phone!

Intelli-app Link and Application Processing We will provide you with a link to the TenStreet Intelli-app, the industry standard application form used by all our partner carriers. Our Admin Team will review your applications for accuracy and completeness, and will make sure your driver lives in the hiring area for the proposed job, has the right amount and type of experience, and is not disqualified based on their known MVR and criminal background information. Once your driver passes the internal review, their application will be forwarded to the carriers for processing. The application review process is quick, efficient, and takes place within moments of the application being submitted.

The Recruiter Dashboard Access to the Recruiter Dashboard, with the latest announcements and links to the tools you’ll use most in your daily recruiting activities. This handy hub will save you from having to search for websites and bookmarks so that you can stay productive all day long!
