1-on-1 Training Sessions

Description

We provide every recruiter with the onboarding training modules, the Recruiter University, an orientation conference call, and weekly Lunch & Learn conference calls to help make sure everything is set up and functioning correctly. If you need additional assistance, we are now happy to offer 1-on-1 training sessions.

You can purchase a 1/2 hour teleconference training session for $25, or a full hour session for just $40. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the setup or usage of our mapping system and other provided resources, our standard operating procedure, best recruiting practices and strategies, etc.

*Please note that we do not offer classes or instruction on basic computer usage. As stated in our ads, this job requires basic computer skills. If you need that type of assistance you must seek it elsewhere. In order to assure maximum efficiency and to get the most out of your training session, please make sure your microphone and speakers are functional and operational in advance, and take a moment to familiarize yourself with how to share your screen in Google Meet. Cameras will not be necessary.

The time for your session begins when the conference call begins at the designated time, and will end after the specified amount of time purchased. A link to your  training session will be provided via the chat feature in your IMC email account. Any time spent on your technical difficulties/etc goes against your session time.
