The Independent Recruiter Package option is for existing 3rd party recruiting companies with their own contracts/access to carriers and intelli-app processing external to and independent of IMC. If you need carrier access and application processing via IMC, please click here. While we are contracted with 30+ carriers, not all of them are hiring all of the time. The available carriers list is limited to our currently contracted carriers.
There are three different options for the Independent Recruiter Package: TransporTunity, TransporTunity+, and the Ultimap. Each one adds an additional dimension of functionality to the system, and all of them include an unlimited number of seats that can be accessed remotely by your entire team.
Your subscription to the Google Earth Pro-based Recruiter Account Mapping System provides real-time tracking of the carriers you choose for your entire office, including:
- Hiring areas – Only the hiring areas for open jobs will show up on the map. Once a job closes, the hiring area disappears until more seats open up again. Hiring areas are automatically updated to reflect current carrier needs, and they’re COLOR CODED to correspond with job type: local, regional, and OTR.
- Job status & number of open seats – Visual indicators on both the map and Recruiters Book showing a job’s current status and current carrier needs updated in real-time.
- Job summaries – Complete details for each job direct from the carriers
- Driver qualifications – Minimum required credentials for a driver to be eligible for that job
- Benefits information – Fringe benefits information for each carrier
- Hover over highlighted industry terms for a quick definition. Highlighted links will open an image of the term being defined.
- Equipment information – Current carrier equipment details
- Orientation locations & information – including transportation & lodging details
TransporTunity+ includes everything in the TransporTunity Standard R.A.M.S. PLUS:
- Commission amounts – You set the commission amounts that your recruiters see using your Master Book
- Commission Levels – The outer border color of the jobs on the map as well as the line colors in the Recruiters Book reflect the commission levels for each job: bronze (for jobs with commissions up to $2,000), silver ($2,001-3,999), or gold ($4,000+)
- Map Links – Optional links for each job that will show up at the bottom of the job detail panel in the map and on the Recruiters Book linking to the assets of your choice; be it a job detail page, pre-screening form, intelli-app link, etc. You provide the URL and what the link should say. The mapping system does the rest
The Ultimap includes everything in the TransporTunity+ R.A.M.S. PLUS:
Job Detail webpages – We’ll provide links at the bottom of the map’s job information panels that open to fully customizable Job Detail webpages. Features include:
- Professionally written scripts – complete with common driver objections and how to successfully overcome them.
- Structured flow to help guide recruiters of all levels through a perfect presentation every time!
Application pages – A fully customizable page with your TenStreet intelli-app link that details all the information necessary to constitute a complete application for that carrier, as well as:
- Customizable ‘Additional instructions’ area
- Setting Driver Expectations area – customizable area that helps make sure the drivers know what to expect next with that carrier’s process and the follow-up until orientation.
You’re in control!
The TransporTunity+ and Ultimap plans both feature commission amounts within the R.A.M. System for each job. As the subscribing manager you’ll set the commission amounts and the URLs using the Master Book. It looks exactly like the Recruiter’s Book, except the Recruiters Book cannot be altered. It can, however, be searched and filtered in order to quickly find the information you need.
You can optionally populate the Carrier Payout column to keep tabs on what you’re making for each hire, and then fill in the Commission column with what you want your recruiters to see for commission amounts on each job. Jobs that accept both experienced hires and trainees will have separate rows for each type of hire in the Recruiters Book/Master Book, so that you can accommodate the respective differing commissions.

Scalability means flexibility
This system is scalable to your needs depending on how many features and carriers you want included. After selecting a plan you’ll choose how many of our currently active carriers you want to track. Options start at a minimum of 3+ carriers for each plan, and the more carriers you choose, the lower the price per carrier!
