With this account you’ll be assigned late-model equipment, including Freightliner Cascadias, Volvos, and Peterbilts, all equipped with automatic transmissions. Each truck comes loaded with inverters, refrigerators, and either an APU or bunk heater for added comfort. Safety features include outward-facing cameras on all units. The fleet consists of 2023 and newer tractors, governed at speeds between 65 and 67 mph. Trucks are permanently assigned and you are permitted to take your truck home during time off, provided you have a secure location to park both the truck and trailer, as you are responsible for the equipment’s safety.
Additional amenities include Pre-Pass for toll and weigh station bypass, Samsara ELD for electronic logging, and fuel cards usable at Flying J, Pilot, and Love’s locations.
A rider policy is available for OTR drivers and owner-operators (Teams not eligible for riders), allowing one rider aged 18 or older, provided the driver has had no moving violations or accidents in the past 12 months. The riders must cover their own travel expenses. The pet policy allows solo drivers to travel with one pet, while teams may have up to two.
Dispatch support is available 24/7, and you may opt into a per diem program for tax benefits

ORIENTATION INFO
Orientation will be held in Bolingbrook, IL and be paid at $125/day. It’ll be 2-3 days long, starting on Monday or Wednesday. Travel will be the day before the scheduled orientation date and will be provided by plane, bus or train. However, you will be responsible for getting to the airport, bus station or train station. Lodging and some meals will be provided. Lodging will be a single room for solo drivers and a double for team drivers. Breakfast will be provided by the hotel, lunch is provided during orientation and dinner is on you.
