EQUIPMENT INFO
The fleet consists of Mack Pinnacles, Anthems, and International tractors. Equipment is equipped with 12‑speed automatic transmissions, while Internationals run 10‑speed manuals, and drivers with an automatic restriction are accepted. Tractor ages range from 2014 to 2022, and each truck is permanently assigned to its driver. All trucks are governed at 65 mph.
Drivers may take their truck home for time off; however, those living within 30 miles of a company yard must park at that yard. Yard locations include Aurora, IL; Burlington, IA; Fort Madison, IA; Quincy, IL; Kansas City, KS; Cape Girardeau, MO; and O’Fallon, MO. Trucks and trailers must remain together at all times.
Units are equipped with inverters and APUs. EZ Pass and Pre‑Pass are provided, while toll cards are not. Fueling is done using an EFS card.
A rider policy is available at no charge after 90 days of employment, while pets are not permitted. Dispatch operates 24 hours, and drivers have flexibility with routing and fuel stops. Qualcomm is provided, along with Samsara and CoPilot. There is no idle‑air policy, and per diem is not optional.

ORIENTATION INFO
Orientation is paid at $300 and runs for two and a half days. All sessions are held in Quincy, IL, starting on Monday and wrapping up on Wednesday. Lodging is provided at Stony Creek, and drivers receive all meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—during their stay. Travel is also covered, with bus or train transportation arranged as needed.
