“Additionally, BISON requires:

• 10 years of employment history
• Home address history for the past 3 years
• Current driver license number and driver license history for the past 3 years
• History of traffic accidents, violations and/or convictions from the last 5 years (including DUI or reckless driving conviction and license suspension)
• Any military history
• Name on the application must match how it appears on CDL.

“In addition to your completed application, we’re also going to need a copy of the front and back of your CDL and medical card. The carrier prefers us to include them as part of your application packet in order to help speed up the process. You can send those to my email, ______.

“Next, you will get an email from our admin team with the link you’ll use to sign the release forms. It’s important that you get those signed and submitted ASAP so they can start getting your reports together and keep the process running smoothly. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t find them at first. Once you get those knocked out a rep from Bison will reach out to walk you through the rest of the application and orientation process.
