QUALIFICATIONS

The following table is general carrier info. Pay attention to the qualifications listed in red at the top of the job info page for that job’s specific qualifications/requirements

Pre-Qualifications
Minimum Age	21 – Must have 14 months of tractor trailer experience
Minimum Experience (tractor Trailer/OTR)	Regional North, Regional North Weekend, OTR 11 North and OTR 18 North Fleets; Driver MUST have 9 months in the past 15 months OTR experience The 9 months must include 2 months of winter driving in December, January, or February OTR 21 Day Fleet; Driver MUST have 1 year OTR in the last 2 years AND (at least 6 months in the past 14 months OR 3 months in the past 7 months) * OTR experience is defined as major city deliveries and running in inclement weather (snow). * More than 151 consecutive days of not working in the past 15 months, they will not process the app, regardless of the reason for the gap. Rarely, will they approve a driver with 150 days off in an 18 month span, period. * LOCAL Experience or Training Experience will ONLY count if Driver drove in inclement weather (Not out of SE) * Driver MUST have a valid license in the state they are living in.
Moving Violations (max in 4 year period)	No more than 3 in the past 3 years in a CMV No more than 2 in the last 12 months in a CMV
Policy on License suspensions	No suspension due to a moving violation in the last 4 years
DOT Recordable Accidents	DOT preventable must be 3 years old Preventable DOT accidents between 3 and 4 years will be reviewed
Incidents (max in 3 year period)	1 in the last 12 months, 2 in the past 18 months
Ticket / Accident / Incident Combo	Will review Warnings on PSP is the same as a ticket in their system

You’ll be running 550 late-model Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680 tractors with the following features:
-Automatic transmissions
-1500-Watt inverters

-Truck speed set at 65 MPH (PasSmart up to 68 MPH)
-Air release fifth wheels
-XM-ready/Bluetooth radios
-Double bunk raised/high-rise roof
-Dual curtains, bunk cabin and front wrap around
-Dual tires
-Dual air ride seats
-Bunk heaters
-Trucks are assigned

All trucks are Automatics	Will take a Driver with an Auto Restriction
Health Benefits	Yes – 1st of the month following 60 days of employment
Drivers are paid weekly	Fridays
No pets
Rider Policy	They can ride from day 1, must be 10 years of age or older and only 1 at a time
Drivers are paid on all miles, loaded and empty
On out 21 days OTR and 7 days at home, Drivers can end their dispatch at different Barr Nunn Terminals on occasion.	– Drivers DO NOT slip seat. They return to their same truck
Hazmat drivers are paid more	However when hauling a load they also receive an extra .03 cents for solo and .04 cents for team – less thank 1% of our business is hazmat
Detention Pay after one hour is $12.50 per hour
Break Down pay is $100 for 1st day and $160 for each additional day
Drivers are assigned a dispatcher

CSA Safety bonuses	-Solo Hazmat = $875 every 90 days plus a day of Paid Time Off (Vacation) -Team Hazmat = $1025 every 90 days plus a day of Paid Time Off (Vacation) -Solo Non Hazmat = $700 every 90 days plus a day of Paid Time Off (Vacation) -Team Non Hazmat = $825 every 90 days plus a day of Paid Time Off (Vacation) -On Road Safety Bonus of $500 every 90 days- driver needs to not have an on road accident and notify safety of all accidents to qualify
