Facial Hair Policy Facial hair consisting of evenly cut, well-groomed full beards, goatees and mustaches that are closely shaped to the face – no more than 1/2 inch or 12 mm on a beard trimmer are acceptable.
Sideburns: Must be trimmed above the earlobe. No pork chop or decorative sideburns
Beards: No braiding, beads, elastic bands, or dyed colors other than the color that matches your natural hair color. No unnatural beard lines, neck lines, shapes, or design cuts
Mustaches: No handlebars, no long drooping mustaches, no unnatural shapes, and no mustache wax. Mustaches (without lower facial hair) must not extend onto or over the upper lip and may not extend beyond or below the corners of the mouth

ORIENTATION INFO

All orientation is conducted either at the site or online depending upon what needs to be done. Road tests and physicals for example would be done at the site, where as some paperwork and videos they need to watch can be done at home. Their corporate office is in TN, but we no longer do orientation there unless they live nearby.

Pay and length varies per position. You will arrive on Sunday and orientation will begin on Monday. Lodging is provided, 2 people per room at Quality Inn. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided. Travel is provided by bus, plane or driving mileage reimbursement if driver chooses to drive themselves to orientation. Gas for rentals will be reimbursed with receipts.

Weekend Emergency Information

 Step 1 

  • Confirm the Driver has received their Orientation Information by 5:00 p.m. EST on Fridays! 
  • Make sure the Driver is checking their Spam in their email!

Step 2

  • In the event of an emergency over the weekend, please have the DRIVER call their Recruiter, which was given to them in the Orientation Information.
  • Make sure the Driver leaves a message and his contact info!
